(1) Personal information (identity & contact): such as full name, date of birth, identification document/passport number, residential address, email address, phone number, proof of identity and address (e.g., utility bill) for KYC/AML checks, etc.

(2) Payment & financial information: such as corresponding bank account details, bank/payment card details, transaction records, balances, FX trades, currency conversion details, payment history, billing information, etc.

(3) Device & technical information: such as device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type, mobile network information, log data, app version, crash reports, technical diagnostics, etc.

(4) Behavioral & usage information: such as service usage and interaction logs, clickstream and analytics data used to improve services, and customer support correspondence and notes.

(5) Information from other sources: we may obtain information about you from third parties such as banks, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, or publicly available sources to verify identity, prevent fraud, and/or meet regulatory requirements.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for purposes necessary to provide and improve our products and services, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and where you have consented.

(1) Providing, operating and/or enabling the products and services: such as process transactions, open and manage virtual accounts (including multi-currency operations), execute FX trades, perform settlements and billing, etc.

(2) Account management & identity verification: such as KYC/AML checks, fraud prevention, and to verify your identity and eligibility to use the services, etc.

(3) Customer support: such as responding to requests, troubleshooting, and communicating important service messages, etc.

(4) Service improvement: analytics, performance monitoring, product development, personalized product recommendations, etc.

(5) Legal & compliance: such as to comply with laws, court orders, regulatory requests, sanctions screening, tax reporting and/or to cooperate with law enforcement, etc.

(6) Marketing (with your consent where required): such as sending promotional offers or service announcements; you may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

3. Information sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We will only share necessary information and only under the following circumstances:
(a) With your consent: such as when you explicitly authorize (e.g., linking a bank account or integrating a third-party service).

(b) In accordance with laws, regulations or judicial requirements. 

(c) When cooperating with service providers (such as banks or payment institutions), but only the necessary information will be shared. 
(d) Aggregated & anonymized data: such as where we may use or share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for analytics, research, or business purposes.

Your data will be stored on servers that comply with legal requirements. Additionally, in general, your data will be stored within the time limit or requirement stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations. After the expiration of this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
